Congratulations to the girls varsity soccer team for bringing Griffiths its first Varsity District Championship of the year!! Griffiths traveled to Sussman needing a win to secure at least a share of the tile. Griffiths scored early and often and looked very much a championship calibre team en route to a 5-0 victory over teh host Pioneers. Congratulations to Coach Soto and all of the girls on the team! We're impressed!! |

Game 3 RECAP
The Griffiths ladies played a dominating possesion game en route to a 2-0 victory against Sussman on Monday. The girls had the ball almost the entire game. With the win the girls move to 2-1 on the season, just 1 game behind first place Stauffer. The ladies play Stauffer this Wednesday and will take a share of first place if they can manage a win. Griffiths lost 2-1 against Stauffer in the first round. Good Luck ladies!! |

GAME 2 RECAP
The Griffiths varsity soccer team traveled to Doty on Wednesday needing a win to keep their championship hopes alive. Despite not having their star forward Emma Egizii, Griffiths attacked Doty all game. |

Kaitlyn Castillo scored the games only goal as the Indians beat the Doty Knights 1-0 to move their record to 1-1 on the season. Next game will be at home against Sussman. Keep it going ladies!!
